Mini bio: Maurice is a very kind young boy who lives at ValCorp. He was intended to become a watchdog of sorts, maybe a bodyguard. Being a spider ValCorp thought he'd be seen as scary, but instead most people seem to think he's adorable. ValCorp is now trying to sell him off as having a poisonous bite, hoping a company or rich individual will want to buy him. His bite has not been tested as far as he can remember, but based on his species it is most likely a lie, a simple pitch to improve the chances of selling him. However Maurice is actually a friendly kid and really doesn't want to put the theory to the test, terrified of actually harming someone, even if it would be forced. Doesn't get a lot of chances to socialize or play, but one day a Venumoufly made its way into Maurice's room and he's kept him around as a pet ever since. It makes his bleak days seem brighter and he adores the clingy little bugger to bits.
