Sawyer and their familiar, Gossamer, have been living alongside each other in Sei for as long as they can remember. Despite her youthful human-like appearance, Sawyer is a strange type of demon that doesn't fit into any category. Essentially, they are an entity. She is a brainiac with a bizarre obsession with teeth, bones, and humans. To pursue this interest, Sawyer obtained a degree in mortuary science and is currently studying osteology at a university. They also work as a bounty hunter to earn some easy money. During their time in Sei, Sawyer has mastered all aspects of magic, including shapeshifting, conjuring, manipulating, and alleviating elements. She shares an apartment with her friend, Reign, while entertaining the idea of being a vocalist for a heavy metal band.
Gossamer is the living manifestation of Sawyer's power; a shadow slime demon. Sawyer and Gossamer share a telepathic connection, and they also have a shared sense of pain. Gossamer is a shape-shifting entity that can take any form, and he likes to sometimes take the form of a frog and sleep in Sawyer's bags or pockets. He can change color for a short period too. Gossamer's true form is a floating and dripping blob of concentrated slime. He is similar to a ghost as he doesn't have a physical form, but he can choose when to become physical or when to make contact with other physical things at will. Alongside his invasive nature, he is an absent-minded chatterbox with an undying love for devouring raw eggs.
Likes 
Heavy metal, rain storms, horror stories, paranormal investigations, old cartoons, vintage dolls, coffins, keychains, & buttons.
Dislikes 
Constant noise, hot weather, swimming, large windows, goodie two shoes, bright rooms, & doors that don't lock.
- Narrow eyes, a beauty mark under their right eye, & left eyebrow is slit.
- Dark reddish eyebags due to constantly rubbing their eyes.
- You may add crosses to their pupils, but it is optional.
- She has a relatively small chest, usually covered by mutiple layers.
- Drawing Gossamer, the ghost slime monster, is not required but appreciated. He can be drawn as a green frog or a floating blob of slime.
- A reference sheet for him will be made soon.
- Sawyer should always wear headphones - can be on her head or shoulders.
- Hoodie can be unzipped (fit 1) or jacket can be buttoned (fit 2).
- The bag or backpack are optional but heavily preferred

- Any cuts or bruises on legs are fine but not required. Blood is optional, but please make sure to add a scar on the right thigh and a bandage on the left.
- Outfit changes are encouraged, but please maintain their general aesthetic (fairycore grunge). You may also add any keychains, pins, hairclips, stickers, etc. to the design - go crazy! The wardrobe link below has good examples.
- Sawyer is ambidextrousness.
- Gossamer is much more talkative than Sawyer and often speaks on her behalf.
- Even though she is often softspoken, Sawyer has an insane death growl.
- Sawyer often smells of damp wood and leaves. Gossamer smells heavily of permanent marker.
- Sawyer has accidentally fallen asleep at the school overnight on multiple occasions.
- She frequently experiences nosebleeds and gets cuts and bruises from being outside during the night (probably doing witchcraft).
- They sometimes sneak into graveyards to read or study.
- They always have dark eye circles despite how much they sleep.
- They often wear a bag or backpack filled with "necessitates" (useless junk).
- Her headphones or earbuds are on almost all of the time (her ears are throbbing).
- They collect teeth and bones and organize them by species, shape, and size.
- They let all spiders live in their room peacefully. The cobwebs are an aesthetic added benefit.
