Backstory.

Ha-rin is a traveling cook aspiring to try all sorts of different cuisine especially after being well adept in Shiying cooking. Despite both their grandparents being rice farmers, Ha-rin grew up exceptionally well with the land’s bounties, the village acting as one huge family rather than strangers in the city. Her path while growing up had many choices thanks to the uniqueness of other villager’s talents, however amongst many of them she took passion and talents in cooking. Leaving Jasujeong the moment she turned 18 to live in Bismuth, from there she went ahead and joined a Cooks Association group, pursuing that passion even further with equal peers. While things have been fun for a short while, it didn’t take long for Ha-rin’s attention span to wander about, curious about lands that she had yet to explore outside of Shiying.

A lot of the other cooks had their disagreements, and in truth had good reason behind them. Ha-rin was the kind of person who bore a single brain cell, and that brain cell gets occupied with cooking after all. How can she possibly survive the outdoors as an adventurer/traveler even if she can’t even be left alone in the hot springs for more than two seconds? Still, they cannot force her of what she can or cannot do, since she was still an adult, albeit a rather childish, head empty one. One suggested that maybe, with the help of someone who can train her, she can survive fine alone for a bit. At least until someone else can pick her off the side of the road.

Therefore, Ha-rin spent the next 2 years or so strength building and endurance training with a nearby martial artist that was willing to teach her, making use of her natural strengths and becoming a tank class, which is befitting since she never seemed to be a focused fighter in the first place. Before she would set off on her journey she was at least recommended by her fellow cooks to at least join a guild, where she can freely pursue her passions and at least have people to look out for her.

Though in frankness she forgot about it soon after, but after getting lost for a good bit she would stumble about Lunar City, hearing about the Lunacore Guild and simply going,
“Oh right. A guild, I should join one. . . why do I have to join one again?”
