Slowly succumbing to the phantasmal will of her own failed experiments, she terrorizes the city as a ghostly apparition referred to as HellCat.

Able to shift back and forth between her regular self and the ghostly flame of Hellcat with concerted effort. 

She keeps her secret identity well hidden, and despises Haywire. Unaware that she has encountered Phoenix in the past.
