Best described as cold and emotionless. His thoughts are purely logical and calculated. He is a brilliant scientist and technician and runs the entirety of the SVI headquarters.
STORY
The Chairman was the result a highly confidential experiment in the late 1950's to create a truly immortal human being. The scientist who took credit for his creation wanted to repurpose him to be the perfect dictator. Said scientist raised and trained the Chairman until around the age of sixteen. His efforts were revealed and he was assassinated, leaving the Chairman in the hands of the Korean government for about four years. Once he was released into the world, he single-handedly created the SVI and gathered some of the most infamous villains from around the world to rule over.
The experiment that created him had sped up his cell regeneration ten times the speed of that of a normal human being, making him resistant to aging and able to heal any wounds almost instantly, making him truly immortal. Like all experiments, however, there is a failsafe; only one way to kill him. It is unknown to all but him however.
CRIMES
- Due to housing and protecting the members of the SVI, the Chairman is an accomplice to all of their crimes. His incarcerators must attempt to execute him any way they can.
