Lucius Furius Camillus

(My ancient Rome characters were originally based on others of my characters, but are their own characters.)

(Lucius' name is given as Statius in some of the drawings, this is because it used to be, but I have changed it to Lucius for historical accuracy)

A Roman senator and patrician, Lucius is known for his moral integrity and uncompromising commitment to the Republic. However, his prickly&unsociable personality, shutin ways, and lack of funding make it hard for him to continue his career or advance it at all - that is, until he meets someone to form an unlikely political (and personal...) alliance with. 

He is in a loveless, sexless marriage (which is really more like a business partnership/friendship) with a member of another noble family, Caecilia.
