While these rules hold no legal backing, if you do not respect my TOS, you will be blacklisted and blocked. these rules are subject to change at any time

DO NOT : 

- resell my designs (original or redesign) before the month cooldown is up 

- trade/resell/gift my designs to blacklisted users. if you're caught doing this you'll be blacklisted as well. evading my blacklist will just get your new accounts blacklisted too. 

- purchase my designs with the intent to redesign and resell them (freebies are ok)

- resell for higher than what you bought them for without adding art 

- resell them for money if you got them from trading or art without adding art (gifts ok) 

- resell/regift/trade to users outside toyhouse (ask before referencing) 

- take heavy inspiration from my designs and/or create doubles

 - delete the profiles of characters i've made (send them back to me instead) 

- claim my designs as yours. if redesigned an original oc, add yourself as designer and keep me as creator. if redesigned an already redesigned oc, add yourself as designer beside me 

- do not hide my ocs from me. do whatever it takes (authorise me or whatever else) so that i can see who they belong to so i can track them

YOU MAY: 

- redesign my designs, however make sure they're recognizable and include the original version of the design in the profile
