Smolder🥀's Ownership

1) Unless otherwise stated, characters are NOT for sale or resale. 2) Any character I RESELL may not be resold for more than it's value unless it has additional art (I do a lot of business with small children for smaller, lower quality designs, but I DO check for the previous artist's TOS as well before I resell.) 3) Any design/character I CREATE and sell MUST BE RETURNED TO ME. They cannot be resold, traded, ect. I HAVE to change the ToyHouse "Resell & Retrade" Ownership settings in order to send them to their new homes, but I will not allow you to give them to the next person- they MUST come back to me. 4) By adopting from me OR any of my designs, you AUTOMATICALLY agree to my TOS. This puts you OFFICIALLY IN THE LOOP. So, if I catch you with one of my designs that I didn't actually give to you or give permission to resell, you will still be blacklisted and I WILL reclaim the character. :) This is it for now, I'll add more if I deem it necessary.
