Chidra

Based on the Chillfin Trout.

Having been fascinated by weather since she was a young guppy, when Chidra grew up she decided to travel out to Hebra to study meteorology. She’s a polite and passionate young woman who spends most of her time hiking the mountains charting snowdrift and tracking glaciers. When she isn’t traveling the mountains, she comes back to rest and (attempt to) make friends in Rito Village. She tends to be forgetful and often gets lost in her work, but her brilliance is unmatched. Thanks to her studies, she’s begun experimenting with using Zora magic to manipulate ice in the same matter others manipulate water.
