The Narrator is a cheery guy, easy to get along with. He loves being with others, telling them stories from the messed up world they live in. Although he can tease people sometimes, he truly doesn't judge the personal decisions of others, he only observes.
He's very attentive, pretty much aware of anything that happens around him.
