ornithologist bitten by radioactive spider, creates a bird-inspired persona. lives in a city with lots of skyscrapers and dives off rooftops to catch criminals, just like a peregrine falcon dives to catch prey. doesn't swing, glides with web-wings. got powers in their 20s and feels a little inadequate and embarrassed by their late start when they meet other spider-people who got their powers at 16 or 13 or even birth. quiet and even reserved in their day to day life (except if you get them talking about birds) but a lot more chipper in costume because their goggles and mask don't allow them to emote very clearly and they don't want to appear scary.
