Hallow

SUMMARY:
Hallow is a very well known bard. He's always had a dream of being able to be able to sing his poems and epics by the fireplace with a crowd of enraptured children. Sadly this doesn't often happen because he always forgets something. He's very good at continuously forgetting important stuff and only remembering silly things, like the date when he took his third shower. Hallow really likes rings and circle shapes and hates squares. Don't even say the word near him. He always dreams of being a hero, but he's only a hero in tabletop games. Parents are usually suspicious of him for literally no reason. Maybe he gives off that vibe. Hallow, however has no intent to steal your children. Is a master at carving Jack-o-Lanterns (and has been nicknamed Lantern for this reason), even when it's not Gourde Day. He lets kiddos ride on his back like a horse.
 Saxophone is Hallows, 'weapon of choice' so to speak. Although he can also play instruments such as the trumpet, trombone, and oboe, his favorite instrument to play is definitely his Saxophone (which he has named Bingo). Hallow is pretty good at playing dungeons and dragons, up until the moment where he dies. Despite his pro strategy he's almost always the first to die, as he's very good at forgetting key parts of his own plans. His best friend Ottelle likes to scold him for this, although they always have fun hanging out together. Hallow can talk to almost anyone and keep a conversation going, however they rarely listen or absorb any information spoken to them.

+ Hallow is actually very good at remembering names, it's everything else he has trouble with
+ He really wants to know what flowers smell like
+ Bingo (his saxophone) is rather damaged, from years of 'love'
+ He has lots of trouble being serious
+ He acts cool, but really isn't
+ He's really loyal to his friends, er- his friend

+ He has no teeth, because he has a beak
+ His design is hell, I'm sorry
+ He only has the chip on one side of his ear, that he got from an accident involving a paperclip
+ He has very nice neck floof- although you can draw it however you'd like
+ Hallow can be drawn either bipedal or quad style, as he can switch between the two
