By Owning any design of mine/ Commissioning art from me, you agree to my T.O.S.

DESIGN RULES

-Do not use my art/designs or art for NFTs/AI.

-PLEASE Notify me if you are going to re-trade any of my designs, I want to keep track of my designs. I'll most likely want them to be traded back to me.

-Do not private or delete any of my designs without letting me know first. if you wish to do so, communicate with me first. deleting any of my designs will result in getting blacklisted. As for privating designs, please provide a key to me or at the very least authorize me! 

-Do not re-sell a character for more than you bought it for unless extra (commissioned) art has been added.

-Do not sell designs you have obtained in a trade. doing this will result in getting blacklisted.

-My designs stay on Toyhouse. do not sell them to anyone outside of Toyhouse.

-I allow redesigns as long as the character still resembles the original design, No heavy redesigns at all. if you want to make small changes to the original design, do not delete it. you may put it in a different tab in the character's profile.

-I do not allow co-owns.

-I do not allow my designs to be turned into closed/Open species unless informed and approved by me first, I do allow general or personal species. 

- do not use my designs for any kind of hate speech.

-Every character design of mine is an Adult, that being said, I allow Gore/ NSFW of any designs of mine as long as they don't fall into Problematic/ Proship Themes like Grooming, Homophobia, Pedophilia, Racism, or Rape. ETC. I don't want myself or any of my designs to be associated with that kind of disgusting shit.

-I Allow the use of my designs for roleplay, stories, etc.

-You must credit me for any of my designs and art.

- Do not use my designs for anything commercial.

-Do not trade any of my designs immediately after getting it, there a two-week cooldown before you can trade them again. However, I allow my designs to be traded back to me before the two-week cooldown.

-Do not back out out from payment plans. when the first half of the payment has been given, you must through with the other half. I will not refund the money paid as I simply cannot afford to do that at this moment, the design will be on hold for you for as long as needed until the other payment is made.

COMMISSION RULES

-I do not do refunds on designs or commissions. Your commission WILL be completed and handed over once finished.

-My physical and mental health can be a little bit too much for me at times, I'm allowed to take as much time as needed to finish a commission UNLESS we have discussed a deadline.

NOBODY ON THIS LIST OR IN MY BLOCK LIST IS ALLOWED TO POSSESS ANY DESIGNS BY ME. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MY DESIGNS OR IT WILL RESULT OF GETTING BLACKLISTED YOURSELF. I'M ALLOWED TO CLAIM OR TAKE BACK ANY DESIGNS OF MINE FROM ANYONE HERE IN ORDER TO KEEP THAT DESIGN SAFE.

-VlLE (falsely accused me of theft, Manipulative Liar, Scammer really shitty behavior to other TH users.)

-Xxoinw (Ghosting for several months, Selling a design we had mutually agreed would be traded to me as an add-on, general horrible Trading/ Selling experience + other reasons.)

PEOPLE IN THIS LIST ARE ALLOWED TO GET MY DESIGNS BUT THEY ARE ON THIN ICE. THESE PEOPLE HAVE COMMITTED ONE OR SEVERAL MINOR OFFENSES THAT HAVE RESULTED IN BEING ON THE VERGE OF BEING BLACKLISTED.

PEOPLE I HAVE BLOCKED FOR PERSONAL REASONS, I EITHER: DONT TRUST WITH MY DESIGNS, I HAVE PERSONAL ISSUES WITH, HAVE COMMITTED OFFENSES BUT ARENT PROBLEMATIC ENOUGH TO BE PUT IN MY BLACKLIST. EITHER WAY, DO NOT GIVE ANYONE HERE ANY OF MY DESIGNS.
