“You are a lot more talkative than Lady Edith.” Cecil gave what looked like a little smile, but it was hard to tell. “I suppose I can start with what you are expecting to hear. I am not human.”

Cecil is one in a line of several spirits that have been tied to the Ambroses. He exists as a granter of wishes, though his power is nothing quite that powerful. It is more a power of suggestion towards the right path than actually performing grand miracles.
However, his conscious is, to an extent, powered by the belief of others; after Stella's grandmother, Edith, had stopped visiting him, his conscious was in and out for some of those years, especially in the years leading up to her death. Therefore, they have no idea who Stella is when she finally comes to visit, because he was not there since before she was born.
He is immediately very curious of her, because she is much different from any of the others that have visited him over the years, be it Edith or those before her. He isn't much of a fan of any of the "prestige" that comes with their role being tied to such a rich and storied family, but he had a fondness for Edith. And now has a HUGE fondness for Stella.
- While most spirits of his species present more feminine, he's not like that at all
- Because time passes slower within the dimension, he's only about 26 years old. If humans stay in there, they'll get the same effect.
- He may not seem it but is quite talkative once they get started.
Cecil is a character of many contradictions. Outwardly, he presents a very blank exterior, but it tends to just be their face not quite emoting well.
He seems silent but actually tends to be quite talkative, just not an initiator of conversation; if you talk to him first, however, he'll get to it immediately.
They like to get up to various kinds of trickery. He wouldn't call himself a prankster, but at the very least, he likes to be a little mischievous from time to time. Especially to Stella, who gives him good reactions. Or maybe, it's just because they like her. (he is so dumb)

When she first arrived to visit his space, he was immediately taken aback by her beauty. To say that he quickly fell for her would be an understatement.
They aren't sure what she wants by coming to visit him, but part of him doesn't mind if she just wants to keep showing up for the rest of her life; though part of him really wants her to stick around.
He quickly realized that he's in love with her. They don't know how to deal with this and instead just simply keep enjoying her company.
- Cecil actually does not like to wear clothes at all; the space he inabits has him in water most of the time, and he does not wear clothes for that.
- However, he does wear a ceremonial garb which is pictured here, with its deep green and gold metal accents. Stella thinks it almost looks more lewd than if he were to just stay naked, but she dares not speak it out loud. It is a deep green that fades to a lighter green at the edges of the fabric.
- The garb tends to have a chest part too, but Cecil foregoes it because he doesn't like feeling like he has to cover his chest. Overall, it is rare he will wear the outfit.
