Hello!! Here is my TOS for my designs :D
-Do not resell my designs for more than they are bought for, unless extra art is added, including your own.
-If one of my designs was gifted to you, you may not trade or sell them with no extra art. If there is extra art added, you are free to sell for the added art's worth or trade. (However, if it is an emergency, feel free to message me and I will be willing to give a reasonable price for you to sell the design for.)
-I am okay with family members made for my designs that you own! Though if they look very similar to the design, please make sure that if you sell the original design that the family member of them goes with them.
-Please do not add your own rules to my designs.
-Please do not delete my designs off of Toyhouse! If you sell/trade to someone off site, please keep the character profile saved or send them to me and I'll keep them saved on my alt account.
-I try to keep the character permissions of my characters accurate if I can! Though you're free to message me if you need it changed!
-Do not trade/gift/sell any of my designs to anyone on my blacklist! You will be blacklisted too if this rule is broken.

-AriaKnight/TheCherryTop - Personal reasons, do not mention this person to me unless absolutely necessary.
-SweetSpice/CuteartstyleKitty - Personal reasons.
