Personality
A guy whose nearing the end of school, but hasn't managed to make a friend in his entire life! He wants to change himself and make a friend, but he's not good at socializing at all.
When Chara Changed with Moteki, he becomes super bold and talkative. Though, since he's the quite type that never talks, people just kind of think he's weird doing this. So, Chiho typically avoids doing it. But Moteki still does it just to help out. (It usually doesn't help lmao). During this, he lifts his glasses and has a star pin in his hair.
He's a bit of an otaku. Not quite in the anime/manga kind of way -- though he does like those, just not to an otaku-level -- he is instead a train otaku. He specifically chose a school that would allow him to ride on his favorite train line everyday.
He also likes bugs and books.
Appearance
He's really shy, and always wears thick glasses to avoid eye contact. He actually has perfect vision and doesn't need them.
When he's Chara Changed, his appearance slightly changes.
Relationships
Moteki
His Shugo Chara, Moteki, was born in elementary school and represents his dream of being popular and having many friends.
Backstory
Chiho always wanted friends growing up, but hasn't managed to make any. He wished for friends, and Moteki was born to help him make them. Though, that was over ten years ago, and he feels like he's running a bit out of time...
Present Day
With him growing up, Chiho is a bit worried Moteki will disappear before he's able to change himself. Or, he will be able to change himself, and Moteki will disappear once he's finally able to become social. And he doesn't want to lose Moteki since, well, he's the closest thing he has to a friend, you know?
Trivia
His story probably takes place in the same time period as the canon Shugo Chara!. So he was most likely born in 1989 or so, and is currently in 2007.
