He was created in a lab by a robot trying to impress her owner. So he grew up under government control after that. Eventually he broke out with his clone that looks almost exactly like him named Faust. Then they met my main oc, Kera, and some triggering things happen until Scott and Faust become one person and kept the name Scott. After that someone triggering things continue to happen, but Scott discovers more about himself. Like how he likes to perform and sing in night clubs. He likes to dress in drag. 

Scott also likes to be in control of situations because he never had that until he gained his position at his job which is being in control of a shit ton of people. And even then with how his fate has been laid out for him, he still isn't in control of his own life and he knows it.
