- Payment through paypal. If you don't pay within 72 hours of the invoice I'll put the design back up for sale. I'm happy to consider holds though, if you need time let me know!
- Ask me if you need a payment plan.
- All prices are in GBP (British Pounds)
- Once your payment is confirmed I’ll send you a link to the hi-res files. Save them since I can’t guarantee I’ll keep them!

Etiquette
- Credit me where reasonable! If uploading the design to [toyhou.se](http://toyhou.se) credit me @ Pine_Niidles_Adopts. Otherwise credit the relevant links above.
- Feel free to make any non-cs design into a cs and vice versa, you can change the species or anything else about the design. I have no limits on what/how much you can change, go wild!
- Any flavour text I add it 100% optional to keep but feel free to use it if you want. ( Flavour text being little descriptions/poems/personality snippets/ect. that I may add to adoptable listings. )
- I don’t have rules on how much you can resell my adopts for or which ones you’re allowed to sell but please be reasonable and respectful of your fellow adopters!

T.O.S.

You Receive:
- Full res unwatermarked no bg and bg files + the low res watermarked bg one, and any other relevant files. If there’s something specific you want other than that you can ask.
- Make sure you keep track of all the files! If you lose one you can ask for another copy but I can’t guarantee I’ll still have it.

Licensing:
- These designs are sold with a personal exclusive use license, so you can’t use these designs in anything that earns you a profit. However if it doesn’t earn a profit you can use them for anything. Ttrpg games, story writing, rps, personal mascots, ect!
- If you’re interested in a commercial license send me an email and we can discuss.
- I retain copyright to both the art and design, and can use it to promote my art on social media, in my portfolio, ect. (But not to use it as a character of my own/in any of my projects without your permission or sell it again)
- You can change the design however you want, and you're free to draw over/change the original art. Just make sure to keep a copy of the original if you ever resell it.
- If you specifically want a layered psd file because you plan to change some colors/patterns let me know.

Reselling:
- Make sure anyone you resell my designs to is aware that the design is bound by these terms of service
- Let me know when reselling who the new owner is. I keep track of all current owners to prevent disputes and scams (and to know who to send doodles too if I feel like sketching one of my old designs).
- If you resell an edited version of the original design make sure to also pass along the original files to the buyer. If you have purchased an edited version of one of my designs and did not get the original files dm me and I'll send them to you if I still have them :)
