Nebular / Spider-Moon

Nebular/Neb lives on the moon, inside a dome city modeled after New York city. She is a university student and during a visit to their local laboratory an experimental spider escaped. That's how she became Spider-Moon!
The Moon is extremely cold so she always has layers on. She even has a mask underneath her sweater around her neck in case she needs to cover her face during a windstorm. Since she grew up on the moon she is used to zero gravity/low gravity so while fighting she's able to use her webs to float and move around quickly.
