Big B earned his name with his strong Brooklyn accent and big attitude to customers who give his staff a hard time. His confidence and selfless nature helped earned himself and his business a reputation for being the best place to get good food and conversation (just make sure to ask for Big B).

Bruce came to Dahila Falls years back when he was kicked out of his family's home in Ochania originally wanting to be an actor. However, while working a on-set cook to earn money for acting lessons, Bruce found out he loved and was talented at making BBQ. A very famous actor requested BBQ for the celebration meal after finishing the last episode of the season, and the crew couldn't find a professional cook in time so forced Bruce to do it.
