Rowan

Rowan is a civilized boy who is polite and intelligent.

He always wanted to be an adventurer but never knew anyone to accomplish this goal with and wasn't sure he could do it be himself. So when he finally got to meet his idols, Team FireRain, he didn't hesitate to ask them about joining or helping out their team.

He crushes on Chic who first mistakes him for a girl.

I made 2 concept designs for Rowan, one girl and one boy. My sister ended up picking the boy one as her favorite so he became a boy.

I made Rowan to join Team FireRain (now Team Feather) as I realized with Rowlet's introduction it made it that all three elements for starter Pokemon had birds and since Wisty and Chic are the other birds...

Artie from Team Sun is his older brother. Rowan always looked up to him but felt lonely because they never interacted that much.
