Raj is a shining star at the Fringe Police Department. Working as an on field officer, he specializes in tracking down fugitives who are on the run. His success rate of apprehending criminals is extremely high, and he is noted for having a 'sixth sense' when it comes to chases and studying evidence, usually finding clues no other officer would ever notice. Raj sees himself as a hero protagonist, not helped by the fact that most civilians also view him as such and feed his ego. Despite his glowing work performance, it's also well known (to everyone aside from Raj himself that is) that Raj's coworkers absolutely can not stand him. He is extremely egotistical and immature, often making it very obvious he thinks he's smarter and more important than every other person in the room. The only reason he hasn't been fired from his job yet is because he's so good at it, the higher ups cannot bring themselves to cut him off and the public would be pissed at the loss of their strongest protector. However the truth is, Raj is actually the least qualified of anyone to be an officer. He's not as clever or intuitive as he lets others believe, having used his hidden Talent to cheat his way to the top and stay there. He used none of his own intelligence to pass his classes, cheating off his classmates at every turn, and charming his instructors.
