- Money motivated, pyromaniac, callous, relentless, boisterous, dumb--doesn't know what a bear is (and he can turn into a bear)
A pirate who sails on a sea of lava inside a volcano! He's never been outside said volcano and is dumb as a sac of volcanic rocks. Greed grew up in a little druid cove, and swam (as a shark) his way into piracy shenanigans (very accidentally on a quest for new shiny items). Hes an unwanted addition to the parties crew, having boarded the ship after a thwarted attempt at plundering with his original crew of lizard-adjacent pirates, The Hazards. Needless to say he's been in and out of the brig--and in and out of consciousness due to several jail breaks. But the party and crew are warming up to Greed, and his easily redirected motivations.
Smoke billows from his nose, and he frequently shatters his "big scary pirate" illusion with the periodic slap of his tongue on his eye (you know, to get the ash out!) He follows strength and coin. You can't tell him to do anything, unless you pay him cold hard cash or you've beat him up and gained his respect. But Greed doesn't dwell on being defeated, like a wildfire the old will be destroyed to make way for the new and he will only comeback stronger and rejuvenated.
He fights with a mix of fire spells/fire breath (in the same colour palette as his wildfire spirit), turning into beasts, his own claws and teeth, and finally the sword he carries around mostly for looks. Hes recently picked up a !new sword! The Hallowed blade, and is now prone to reaching for that sword first as well as the occasional duel wielding. Hes recently gotten the ability to walk across the surface of lava, as if it were solid ground.
+ Scared of the dark (hes generally in brightly lit areas, or has lit at least some kind of fire so he isn't used to those spooky shadows!)
+ Adores bling and accessories. Wants to dip himself in gold
+ His wildfire spirit has a higher intelligence then he does--the spirit can also emote slightly with its "white eye" but it otherwise floats silently (aside from the crackle fire sounds)
