Sorry for scaring you, let's keep training.

A soft, warm mother-figure to those that come to her for comfort, and a tough, strict mentor to those that come to her for help to battle, Flurry is commonly called Miss Flurry or Mama Flurry by those who come and visit her. She takes in any Pokemon, big or small, and gives them a safe place to stay or a good fight if they need it. Flurry is an all-around great Pokemon; so much so that she had been asked to join a local guild to train recruits. She turns the offer down every time, preferring to work under her own rules.

As of right now, there are currently 3 other Pokemon that live under her roof- Snowflake, her adoptive baby Skitty-Snom who she had taken in one frigid winter night after seeing her curled up and abandoned in a snowed-in bush; Tethys, the most adventurous Mudkip she had ever met in her life, who she is training currently to make sure he is ready for whatever is out there; and Burrow, a little Dunsparce-Sandshrew that sticks with Tethys, who she dotes on and who Snowflake absolutely adores having around.

It wasn't a bad day. It was hardly a good day but it wasn't even a bad one. It was a perfectly average day for the Frosmoth-Eevee, it just seemed to happen so fast. Flurry was taking her trainees out to a deeper part of the forest to train, planning to show the ones who had recently evolved, such as Tethys, how to use the moves they learned when they evolved. However, while she was in the middle of her mentoring, a loud, mechanical screech was heard throughout their part of the forest. She gathered everyone close to her, making sure they were all okay, and keeping an eye out. Suddenly, a very angry, very Corrupted Talonflame burst through the treetops, and Flurry jumped in front of her trainees to protect them. However, an Ice-Bug going against a Fire-Flying is a recipe for disaster, and as soon as the Talonflame made contact with Flurry's body, the glitched Pokemon tore through the Frosmoth-Eevee like she was nothing, tossing her to the side and aiming for the others. In a fit of rage, Tethys attacked the Talonflame, sending it barreling through the trees and screeching, getting further and further away until it was silent once more.

The trainees stood around their mentor's body, and all of them began to sob and press their faces to her body. Tethys, only just coming down from the adrenaline of his rage, sobbed the hardest as he'd come to think of the Pokemon as his mother of sorts. The little group of young Pokemon continued to mourn their fallen mentor, until they noticed her body shimmering and glowing. They were stunned for a moment, but once they realized that not only was she glowing, but her body was rising into the air, they all started to back away and give her some space. As the light grew brighter and brighter, suddenly it flashed as bright as it could be and everyone had to look away. Once the light began to dim into a soft blue flickering glow, they all turned back to see Flurry standing there once more. However, no longer was she a Frosmoth-Eevee like she was only moments ago, but she had evolved into a Frosmoth-Mausoleon, due to her dying and coming back to life as a Ghost type. Her eyes fluttered open, realizing she was alive, and she smiled at her shocked trainees, beckoning to them to hold them tightly in her paws. She knew why she evolved and came back to life; she didn't want to see her little ones be upset at her being gone. She needed to live for them, and so she did.

While she was no longer an Ice type, she felt it unnecessary to abandon her old name, despite being asked if she would now that she was a ghost instead. She'd considered it at some point, but despite her changed typing and her undeath, she was still their Mama Flurry, and would continue to train her little ones and make them stronger for as long as she possibly could.
