"Time to feel secure"-Spark

Lampert was born in what would be considered a lower income part of Germany, the city of Berlin. his childhood home was always broken into, day after day night after night, but one night Lampert stayed up late at night, working on a new kind of camera, a camera that could permanently disable electronics with the extent that firing it 4 times would fry the gun and would no longer be usable, however with this invention, the GSG9 spotted it and hired Lampert to make more of these cameras, sad thing is, he couldn't fix the issue with gun frying.
