long story short:

He has the cliché "my family got killed at a young age" but even that story has it's own long history 

Basically after that, he got kidnapped and was sent to an experimental facility in another world. He tried to escape with his friend, Armani but it didn't end well. He ended up getting sent into a different facility and became a weapon. Years later he became a general in that world
