Storm Elegance (Arashi Chinen), 19, he/him, gay

Originally from Inazuma but stayed in Fontaine for 10 years after his mother passed. Worked with the Fatui (his father forced him to be a member) as an assassin. Has an electro Fontaine vision. 

Uses huge, curved swords to fight that have ribbon tied to the ends. He often swings them around like those spiky iron ball things (considered a sword user). His gimmick is similar to Razor’s, but he turns into a giant fox yokai made of electro energy. His health is drained the half of what it was before activation. He cannot run after his special has ended and is very vulnerable.
