Character Information

• Sam is a typically-calm Tracker who’s prone to panicking when things go wrong. He keeps to himself most of the time, and it’s often difficult to tell whose side he’s on. Sam is excellent at ranged combat and is well-versed in the use of firearms. Below the surface, however, Sam is what they call a “bleeding heart”- most of the people he knows think he’s too sweet for his own good. He’s quicker to make friends than enemies and he sees the good in people before anything else. Sam has trouble functioning under pressure and is often nervous.

Relationships

The Minerva Initiative

• Samuel has mixed feelings about the Minerva Initiative- he resents them for trapping him and his colleagues in SCP-3008 and he sometimes even resents his own creation at their hands, but he appreciates what they’ve taught him.

The Corner Faction

• Samuel has only encountered the Corner Faction one time- he is neutral on all of them.

The Raiders

• Samuel has been an honorary member of the Raiders since he rescued Dragon in the Light Faction raid. He feels out of place among them, being the only Raider who joined later on as opposed to having joined when the Raiders were created.

    • Since the day of the failed raid on the Light Faction, Samuel has been terribly in love with Dragon.
  • Wolfy - “Who put you in charge?”
    • Sam and Wolfy have an ongoing rivalry- Sam would rather not fight with Wolfy but he’s been unable to make friends with her, so far.

• Samuel tries not to let himself think about Lysander and Deckard Calloway.

Backstory

• Creation
  • Samuel was created in December 2035 as the first successful result of the Red Chrysalis Trials. He born with a badly-deformed right arm that was amputated shortly after his creation- currently, he is missing his right arm up to the shoulder and wears a prosthesis.
• Checkpoint Era
  • After completing training, Samuel was deployed into SCP-3008 to serve as a guard at Checkpoint Double Take.
• Light Faction Era
  • After the shutdown of the Minerva Experiment, Samuel joined the Light Faction and developed a relationship with the Faction’s leaders, Lysander and Deckard Calloway.
• The Raid - Present Day
  • When Dragon attempted the raid on the Light Faction and was almost killed, Samuel willingly betrayed the Light Faction to save her life. He was permanently ousted from the Light Faction and was then inducted into the Raiders, a makeshift militia formed and led by Dragon.
    Currently, Samuel is the newest member of the Raiders and lives in Stockades with the other Skinwalkers.
