Volt is kind and loyal, and above all willing to help others no matter the cost. He's very affectionate, particularly with his best friend. He's strangely susceptible to little colds and minor poisoning, and wears around his pecha scarf in the hopes that it will help. Volt is one of the leaders of the old (and mildly famous) Team FallenStar. He thinks it's funny when other Pokemon are surprised that the teams leaders are just an Eevee and a Pikachu, and will joke that the comedy effect is the reason they never evolved. In reality, the team stayed the same to commemorate the day they met.
