Bullet Pirahna Penelope

An unfortunate creation from the union of a Bullet Bill and Pirahna plant, Penelope is not only able to chomp her foes in close quarters but like her cannon shooting counter part is able to spit seeds of the pirahna plant at breakneck speeds via the tubes feeding her mouth.
