Charley

Charley was grown in a bottle. Their creator wanted to create a being that could shift at will; constantly growing for study. Floating in their jar, Charley mutates at random, slowly reverting back and forth from a human appearance to something more alien, never the same twice.

However, long since having outlived their creator and more recently being "kidnapped" by a scavenger, it has become more and more cumbersome for Char to remain in their jar. They have marginal control over what shapes they manifest, but an entire human body isnt going to fit.

Charley's irritable personality can be quite grating, and they have a very low tolerance for nonsense and nuisance alike. They aren't much a fan of clothes and basically only wear skirts and nothing else.
