Mandy

Mandy is a water mage and ice user with an unusual penchant for offensive blood manipulation. She's not the only person to use it outside of a healing context, but perhaps the most prominent and most skilled. Her signature is creating weapons out of blood -- her own, or that of fallen enemies. She can also manipulate the movement of enemies to a limited extent (a la bloodbending). She's perfectly capable of manipulating normal water and ice as well. Her workmanship and combat style is sharp and precise. She usually uses a scythe. Mandy is currently unaffiliated with any military or governing body. 

Mandy generally comes off as reserved and a bit of an oddball, but not unfriendly. Competent and collected. 

(I wanted to make a character other than Alex to wield the blood scythe; that weapon felt like a bit too much for him, and I'd grown tired of his old character design/arc, but I still wanted to use the thing somewhere).
