I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time (cancellation on my part will result in refund always)
Cancellation on client's part will be considered for refund only during the sketch phase, after this no refunds are possible
Sketches will be sent for feedback, major changes can be made at this point, after this only minor changes can be made until commission is finished.
WIPS and updates will be sent as progress is made on the commission, or by request at any point.
Some amount of upfront payment is required on all commissions (half or full)
Payment Plans are available if needed.
I take PayPal and Ko-fi!
Feedback is always appreciated, service reviews (positive and negative) are beneficial for both parties, however if you have any issues or criticisms of your commission/your experience commissioning me I would always like to hear it first myself, or be directed to your review. I'm always happy to help!
Blacklisting and Revoking Commissions:
If I find that any of my images/designs/characters are being used for illegal/hateful or problematic purposes I will revoke the use of them, and the user/commissioner will be blacklisted. A refund will not be issued.
If I find that the user/commissioner of my images/designs/characters is engaging in similar content publicly or that they have been publicly blacklisted for unrelated reasons, the use of my content may be revoked (case by case basis)
Verbal abuse, threats, and unwarranted chargebacks will not be tolerated and may result in a blacklist.
