-PLEASE KEEP MY CREDIT ON ALL DESIGNS BY ME! If you upload my art/designs WITHOUT crediting me properly I will black list you and you will no longer be permitted to own any designs of mine in the future! -Gender swaps/Pallet swaps are OK! Just keep this design recognizable! -YOU MAY NOT SELL THIS DESIGN FOR MORE THAN YOU PAID! The ONLY exception is if you have commissioned art you paid for, then you may add the art's worth onto the original price :>

Below are specific terms for CS and NON CS

IF ITS A CLOSED SPECIES/CS DESIGN PLEASE: -Follow all the species T.O.S and Adoptable T.O.S for that species in specific AS WELL as mine! -All CS designs are PERSONAL USE ONLY! TYSM! -YOU MUST!! KEEP!! MY CREDIT!! ON THE DESIGN!! I do not mind if the creator has to be set to a CS TH or what have it but my credit MUST be listed as designer in that case! If my credit is not listed SOMEWHERE noticeable on the page you will be blacklisted from my designs! -You MAY remove my designs from a CS but I MUST be notified via TH message that you are doing so

FOR NON CS DESIGNS All Designs are automatically for personal use ONLY! -If COMMERCIAL USE is wanted please DM me and we can discuss if it's possible on this character in specific! -You MAY make this design into a CS but I MUST be notified via TH message that you are doing it, and the CS T.O.S must be followed!
