History: William was an orphan in a small village,who had constantly gotten bullied for his quite large tail. A mishap of birth made it so that Williams tail had already grown to full size very quickly, while he still has the body of a child. This also lead to william being quite weak physically, which also lead to physical bullying. Now the orphanage that William lived was becoming too packed, so hearing this, William offered to be be moved to somewhere else to avoid the constant teasing. A librarian saw the offer and took it. They used William as a extra worker who was payed with a place to live. The Librarian and William grew close, as William hadn't really had a father figure (the librarian was a man) and life was good :>

Personality: very timid and shy, and because of his bullying has now gained anxiety. But once you break his shell is a very kind and warm hearted kid with no ill intentions.
