Head is a lamp, and is often seen helping Raine by making sure they have enough light to see whatever it is they're tinkering with.

The plates around the bulb are able to extend and move from their cone position, allowing for Skitch to expand or contract the beam of light at will. The plates can also move independently and allow for some expression.

(When thinking about how they would move, think the faceplates on the FNAF Sister Location animatronics where they occasionally move and adjust the positioning and such y'know)

Very friendly and docile overall, as they were programmed to be an assistant and companion to Raine, although if they perceive something as a threat they will flare their wings and lamp plates to appear bigger and attempt to drive off the threat if possible. They are unable to do much more than that as, apart from their claws, they don't have much in the way of offense short of just whacking the threat with their wing or head. This is by design as Skitch was made to be friend-shaped.
