A restless creature,Soot feels a pull to leave the saftey of thier world to venture out into the one outside. After spending their lives living amongst their kind hidden deep in the wilderness, on an isolated cloudy mountain top, the loss of a once stranger turned mentor weights heavily on their mind. From what they have been told and the encounter with their teachers killers, there is so much they dont know. So much they have to learn. As they walk through their small village and cast eyes on relics of their history, of their ancestors seeking change, a heavy thunderstorm begins. And as the lightning flashes over head, and a light drizzle starts, they feel thier trepidation wash away along with the rain.
