Half of a duo of agents, both officially known as Neo Agent 3. A member of the stolen mammalized Octoling troops who escaped by sheer luck and found wandering Alterna by an equally lost little Salmonid (who ate the bits of fuzzy ooze on him looking for food). He just wants to get back home, and if he has to work with the smug wannabe hero Inkling who waltzed into camp around the same time as he did to get there, he'll do it. Begrudgingly.
Highly emotional and very passionate when he puts his heart into something, and often drives people away by how serious he takes even small things and how easy it is to make him upset or angry. Although easy to rile up, he doesn't like fighting at all, and turns down the hero gear and gun offered to him. Instead he works according to his own strengths; he's a trained martial artist and dancer, and he takes on the parts of missions that require athletics and quick/stealthy movement, leaving the gun fights and actively facing the enemy Octarians to his partner.
