Peppy, hyperactive, out there, but not really up front! Got that sort of ambling playful way of speech about him. Bubbly but also a bit... evened out, almost sly, pointed, knowing. He treats most people like children regardless of their age, seemingly out of helpful benevolence? "i'm just trying to help!" kind of vibe. likes to see results. half of the face is Destroyed? orange, flared out. orange hair, pony tail. white fluffy undershirt, puffy sleeves and pants, likely with blue markings. Skirt in various shades of yellow-red. Black fingerless gloves. Dark orange suit with a collar that flares out in spikes. Headmaster of zenith institute.
Quiet, aloof, distant. Takes a backseat on most things, offers immense insight and assistance when sought out or if you stumble into her but is simply rarely seen.
