Radana Brightwing

Radana Brightwing is a One-Winged Luminous Dragon. Due to a birth defect she was born without a pair of wings and so she only has one. despite her name having a positive meaning she tends to have a grumpy mean-ish attitude, however she seems to tolerate her "friend" Azhar more. They have an interesting dynamic. One of her main traits is that she can darken her body to blend into the dark, only her eyes glow, and work as night vision.
