Introduction
A classic "coworkers to lovers" sort of story, except both participants are autistic in different ways. On the surface, it looks like a slow burn, and it is in a few ways; these two don't actually get together until after Intervallo 3.5, and there's some awkward footwork both of them partake in just to understand each other.
Even so, they're a strong couple under the surface.
Maybe I've just been in a distrustful bubble fer too long, and I'm ignoring all the red flags just for a scrap of happiness, but at the moment, I don't care. Meursault might have a lot of mystery behind 'im, but so does everyone else on this damn bus. I'll trust him until the end of the line, even if I live to regret it.
She is reckless in everything she pursues. Despite that, she smiles when she sees me, and does not show irritation when I do not reciprocate. Our relationship is full of these "understandings", and neither of us mind them.

First meeting
As Sinner #14, Hestia arrived in Limbus Company much later than Meursault had.
Faust had stepped onto the bus ahead of her, and Hestia climbed on while clutching a letter. Hestia had been accepted as a Fixer by the Hana Association, and her first task would've been to find an Office to work with . . . had this strange bus not approached her first.
As Hestia walked past the other Sinners, she would find a seat in the very back, beside Heathcliff and behind Meursault.
Hestia:
Everybody was kinda real intimidatin' at first! Or maybe it's because I don't like bein' stared at by a dozen people. Kinda felt like a kitten stolen from her mama.
Meursault:
She was nervous, although she tried to avoid showing it. I remember her gaze lingering on each of our weapons as she passed.
Intervallo 3.5: Hell's Chicken
In the streets of District K's Nest, chaos had struck thanks to a Distortion appearing. While Hestia was aware of the White Nights and Dark Days, this was her first time actually hearing of the Distortion Phenomenon, let alone seeing a Distortion for herself. Faust and Meursault, however, were able to explain the basics of this strange occurrence.
In an attempt to help the restaurant's owner, Eunbong, return to normal, a cooking competition was held. Ryōshū recruited Hestia among her members, while Gregor recruited Meursault among his own. When it turned out their "head chefs" were terrible cooks, things began to get messy.
Hestia and Sinclair attempted to make a dish, only for the other members of Ryōshū's team to boss them into sheer irritation. Shortly thereafter, the sound of a plate being smashed caught Hestia's attention; Heathcliff had smashed a plate of food into Meursault's face!
...and Meursault verbally decimated his teammates before taking over the kitchen.
Hestia found herself fascinated as Meursault oversaw the kitchen. While Eunbong stated something was missing in the otherwise-perfect result of this takeover, Hestia's own heart was captured nonetheless.
Meursault:
I saw her out of the corner of my eye. I recognized the look in her eye, and it almost felt . . . nostalgic.
Hestia:
I couldn't stop thinkin' about him fer days. I . . . had to say somethin'.

- Hestia typically calls Meursault "babe" or "big guy"; Meursault isn't one for pet names, but he does know that Hestia goes weak in the knees if he uses a pet name.
- Hestia enjoys the company of most of his Identities without fear, although N Corp's version of him makes her nervous. Meursault, meanwhile, finds some curiosity in how varied her Identities are.
