Flora is the leader of the Rose Patch and just like all the previous leaders, she is the WORST.
Because statuses in the Rose Patch is based on beauty, Flora was deemed the most beautiful of the young Rose Patch Fae-Furrs by the previous leader and became the Heir. When the previous leader died, Flora became Leader and every since has ruled like a Tyrant.
Many Fae-Furrs have been exciled under her rule and her Patch's population is dwindling, but no one dares point out this issue because they're scared of being exciled. Only the elites of the Patch (Leader, Heir, and Defenders) are safe, while the remaining Fae-Furrs have to battle it out in a 24/7 beauty contest to try to break into the upper ranks.
