Milky is an outcast in high school, but that doesn't matter to her, because she has a lively group of friends who are just as strange as she is. She manages to stand out among the rest for her intelligence, outgoing nature and hilarity.  However, she also has very strong opinions, and can come across as blunt or aggressive sometimes. Especially about her favorite anime. 

She spends most of her time drawing OCs, eating salty snacks, and obsessing over her favorite waifus. But none of them come close to her best friend, Cupcake, who she's completely enamored with. Her uninhibited personality seems to disappear when Cupcake is near. Especially when it's just the two of them. She'll take any chance she can get to be around her.
