Ludovic was the older brother of Beowulf, and like him is the aasimar child of a priestess and the god she worshipped. However, unlike his brother, he took this lineage to heart and felt as if he needed to live up to the prestige associated with it.

He was beloved by their community, admired by all who knew him and treated almost as a perfect heroic figure. He was charismatic, he was handsome, he was a strong warrior, and he always made sure to place himself as the center of attention. However, unseen by the public was his selfish, petty, and even cruel ugly side that informed a lot of his actions. Beowulf was often at the receiving end and knew all too well what his brother was capable of, but despite all the turmoil he put him through, they still had a strong bond and love for each other.

That all ended when a bitter argument between the two turned deadly, and left Ludovic accidentally dead by his brother’s hands. He left behind a wife and three children.
