FunFact: Vinny was based off robotic toys and dragonflies.
He doesn't talk, he constantly smiles. And he annoys the crap out of UV.

And walks around on four legs, but can stand on his hind legs for a brief time.
His front legs are like arms, he doesn't have thumbs.
