Captain Ramone

A pirate who is undercover in the navy. He steals table cloths from cruise ships (he likes to collect them). Likes guns, lifting weights, and playing the piccolo.
He lost his tail in a dangerous battle against sharks.

He hates stains and keeps his uniform as clean as possible.

He is Minnow's little brother.

His tail (back when he still had one) was a fish tail like Minnow’s
