Where October is from, death is something that only happens to characters on a screen. His world is like a sandbox game, an idyllic paradise where you can do whatever you want without any repercussions and heal from any injury. Pain is a temporary nuisance, completely meaningless.
Our world is not the same, but he doesn’t understand that. Like a player who enjoys killing npcs in funny ways, October targets others on a whim, monstrous and naïve at the same time.
Can someone who doesn’t comprehend human suffering truly be called evil? Hah, what does it matter? The terror he spreads is real either way.

He hates this world and loves it at the same time. People here are scared of him, not even trying to understand him, but it’s not like he can return home when home is a collapsed ruin.
Still, despite the limitations of this mortal plane (whatever that means), there is so much to do and see, so many humans everywhere.
Standing in a crowd, he can almost forget that he’s all alone now.
ON HIS OWN
Those from the same world as him avoid him for causing them trouble, and he hasn't managed to make any significant connections in this world so far. What a bummer.
He thought they were similar, but apparently he was wrong. March is so hostile towards him, it makes him want to mess with him even more.
He respects him, but they're not close. February keeps his cool a lot better than March, so maybe he'll be willing to talk to him.
- Not human at all. He can't die, he'll just respawn.
- He can't actually scar from injuries, all of his visible scars are body mods.
- If his targets are able to distract him, he'll let them live.
- Loves Halloween, people are always so nice and giving him compliments about his 'costume'.
- Surprisingly does not like media that is too gory.
- Loves the the thrill of the chase and only attacks people who can run from him fast enough.
