ALT, real name Anoki, is a cyborg who is responsible for the creation of the android. He is also the creator of Virus, a parasitic A.I. The most wealthy and famous Creator in the world, it's common to see him being interviewed on TV or his face in a magazine.
ALT was not always a cyborg, an accident caused the loss of his right hand and left arm, and also burned part of his body (left of neck down to shoulder). Obsessed with being successful, he replaced his missing limbs with advanced technology, and from there he's been working to make himself "perfect" since.
