Situla is an ultra rare Nebunine god who is sometimes refereed to as the God of the Sky. He posses several powers, including weather control, colour changing fur, and the ability to fly or float. He's really indifferent about what pronouns people use for him.
I never really developed much of a personality for him, since it allows him to be drawn however the artist would like.
