Details :

• Very goal-oriented and focused; will do anything to fulfill a task or achieve a goal, and cannot be distracted from it. It’s almost scary how determined they can be in this sense.
• “Shock-resistant”: they are very good at detecting the presence of others, even in their sleep. Because of this, they can almost never be caught off-guard. Surprises almost never work on them.
• Job / hobby: meteorology; likes to keep logs of the weather, and can detect even the most sudden or subtle of shifts in weather patterns long before it happens. 
• Very perceptive and observant; like how they can detect shifts in weather, they can detect shifts in mood and thought in other gems as well. Often it seems almost like they can read your exact thoughts… scary… 
• They don’t require much maintenance. They are very independent and self-sufficient.
• While it can be easy for this gem to read the thoughts of others, it’s hard to tell what they  are thinking. Either they always have a lot on their mind, or nothing at all; who can truly say…
• Very detail-oriented. Because of their extreme levels of awareness of things, they prefer every detail of their own spaces to be exactly the same all the time; even small things like the exact angle of their uniform’s tie need to be the same every single day. If even one thing is slightly off, it will bother them for the entire day. 
• Because of their innate ability to read others, and possibly also because of their general neutrality towards most things, and their overall mellow personality, they have, over time, become an unofficial therapist of sorts to the other gems in their free time. They do not seem to mind this, as they don’t see it as a distraction so long as it does not interfere with their work time.
• They very much dislike interruptions and distractions.
• It can be quite difficult to get their full attention at times if they are deep into their work. They would notice you, but would refuse to acknowledge you until their current task is finished.
• There was a rumor that they used to be on patrol for Lunarians with another gem, but because of their carelessness, they let them get taken away. They were so stricken with grief and fear that they had requested Sensei to take them off of patrol, refusing to let another gem get partnered with them in fear of them getting taken away as well. They had since done weather patrol and reports, and had done so for years. They have only recently started fighting again, but they have since trained themselves to be as observant as possible, so as to not have a repeat of their failures once more. 
• Because of this incident, their biggest fear is failure, and they strive to have little, if any, weaknesses at all times. Ironically, their constant craving of perfection is probably their biggest downfall.
• Since all of their movements are so carefully planned and coordinated at all times, it is hard to say if they even have their own thoughts or emotions anymore, since they seem so guarded and distant all the time.
• No one has ever seen them laugh or smile at anything. They always keep the same cliff-faced expression.
